Meet the Founders

Chris, a Montana native, began his law enforcement journey in 1992 in Kootenai County, Idaho. He later served as a deputy sheriff in Flathead County, Montana, and concluded his distinguished career as a sergeant with the Spokane Police Department, retiring in 2017. His decades of service reflect his unwavering dedication to protecting and supporting his community.

Chris obtained certification as a neuro-linguistics trainer through the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, has undergone extensive training in motivational interviewing and crisis intervention, which sparked his passion for trauma-informed care and post-traumatic growth. Since retiring, he has devoted himself to supporting law enforcement and military communities by promoting mental health, authenticity, personal growth, and overall well-being. Building on his experiences, self-awareness, and faith, Chris is now pursuing certification as a Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute, an institution accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

Chris’s unwavering dedication to helping others find their true north is matched only by his passion for faith, growth, and transformation. With a heart for service and the expertise to help, he empowers individuals to overcome challenges and embrace meaningful change. Chris leaves a lasting impact, inspiring others to navigate life with strength, purpose, and authenticity.
